We have come together to be the change we want to see in the way teaching and learning is practiced in the country. Together, we have over 30 years of experience in school design and development, emerging technology applications, designing deeper learning curricula, HR systems management and brand and advocacy strategy development.

ADITI GULATI

Specialist in technology transformation and processes

Aditi's specialization lies in the area of implementation of large-scale technology projects across various domains and she has spent over 7 years in the corporate sector. She was drawn to the field of education for the opportunities that it offers to explore and implement the use of technology and to build digital literacy skills in millennial learners. She is working on various projects with the objectives to promote the use of technology to enable personalized learning, to build a scalable IT landscape, provide access to world-class content for deeper learning engagements, to promote safe and ethical use of technology and to integrate it into the curriculum. She has an MBA degree from the Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management, IIT Bombay.

ANKU SHARMA

Scale Up Consultant

Consulting : Anku  has worked in the consulting domain on Start Up, Scale-Up, Business Process Re-Engineering Projects , Market Entry, across Industry Verticals - Retail, eCommerce, Steel, Apparel, Consumer Durable and IT. Specialized in Strategic & Management Consulting - including Sales Strategy & Business Plans - Formulation & Implementation and India Entry Strategies.
•Sales & Marketing : Thereon she  went on to work with Milagrow's Product division a start up with two product verticals Intelligent Infotech (for Tablet PCs's) and Consumer Robots. The role their entailed Product Management, Marketing, PR and Channel Development. 

NILAM SHARMA

Educator with over 23 years of experience in primary school education

Nilam Sharma brings with her over 23 years of dedicated work in the field of education with 10 years as the Head of the Primary Program at Heritage Xperiential Learning School. Her main contribution to primary school education has been to enable learning that demands dialogue with the sciences, humanities, art, literature and poetry through stories, music and play in a dream to serve childhood itself. In her pursuit of quality education, she has travelled extensively within the country and abroad to learn and expand her horizons.

NOORA FATIMA NOUSHAD

Specialist in Digital Literacy and Maker – Centred Pedagogy

Noora joins us from The University of Pennsylvania where she holds an M.S.Ed in Learning Sciences and Technology. At Heritage Xperiential Learning School, she pioneers Design Thinking and Maker Mindset as part of the curriculum, further driving the school’s experiential and project-based pedagogy. She is a published learning scientist who has led multiple initiatives on imparting mobile computing skills to middle school students across public and private schools in the United States of America. She has led research on the Milken-funded project, Code for Philadelphia, a curriculum that focused on building students’ engagement in STEM through the creation of mobile apps. Her work has been presented at Computer Supported Collaborative Learning Conference in London and published in the International Journal of Learning Sciences.

SULAGNA MAJUMDER

Over 15 years of experience in communications and advocacy

Sulagna has extensive experience in consumer marketing and communication. She has spent over 15 years creating and implementing brand, marketing and communications strategy in companies like Standard Chartered, Tata AIG Life Insurance and DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance. She is passionate about studying consumer behaviour and its application to brand dynamics. She has a graduate degree from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai and an MBA degree in Marketing from Boston University, USA.

VISHNU KARTHIK

Alumnus of Harvard University

Vishnu Karthik is the definition of passion and this reflects in his ‘being’ and ‘doing’. His journey – from a management consultant with firms like Grow Talent, Accenture, delivering projects across India and abroad, to that of the Head of Senior School, curating deep learning experiences - is one of a deep-rooted conviction in the role of education in creating sustainable and much-needed change leaders and social entrepreneurs in society. He is passionate about scaling and incubating experiential learning schools. In 2009, Vishnu co-authored (along with Swami Mitrananda of Chinmaya Mission) ‘Seeking’ – a travelogue on a 14-day sojourn across the Arabian sea on a cargo ship.
